Unpaid distributions to bucket company update Trust Deed? Video

Question: Some years ago you suggested that unpaid distributions from Family Trusts to the bucket company end up as loans. If so, these loans are subject to Division 7A. Thanks to the ATOs draft ruling TR 2009/D8 we are now on the eve of these unpaid present entitlements being classed as loans under Division 7A.

If we need Division 7A loan agreements can we rely on the loan agreement contained in the Brett Davies Lawyers bucket company constitution?
